there was such a baby in a pram at Margate,,,where the hell were you?????we could have done funny noises at it together!!! :-)))

It's true that every mum thinks their own are the most beautiful, when in fact there are very few 'good-looking' new babies.
Reply:One of mine did, he was yellow and had masses of sticky up hair,long arms and legs,, the first thing my sister said was he looks like a monkey and his name sounds like a dogs... I have never done it since...
Reply:I've offered to push the stroller into a busy intersection to take away the burden from the parents.
Reply:Some babies are cuter than others but to each mum they are the best baby in the whole wide world.A mothers love is unconditional.
Reply:well, what I feel is a terrible disadvantage is when the poor dear looks like the parents...this is not always a good thing...

Reply:Yes when my first niece on my husbands side was born, she was hideous as a baby, but 5 years on she is so BEAUTIFUL.
Reply:Well monkeys can be kinda cute. Yes I have done that, I should point out though that some of the ugliest looking babies end up being really nice looking as they age.

Reply:Yes - I think that we are all guilty of that - but a mother never sees the monkey like look :)
Reply:I have done this on too many occasions...The trouble is I siad it out loud more than once...For some odd reason the parents were less than pleased ...dunno why...
